I was a bit nervous buying our first home, I have so many questions and there was so much unknown as for the process goes. Michael made it a very calm and thoughtful experience for us. He listened to us patiently and understood our needs. Michael extensive knowledge of the nearby towns was a big plus. It seems like he was always available for us, I used to text him in the evening I want to see this home and at 07:30 AM in the morning we used to be there. He was relentless. When bidding was in play he was extremely helpful in advising us in our negotiations. When one bid fell through, he pressed on, supported us in our stress and moved us through to the next offer. He was always available, immediately responsive, and proactive in all his interactions. Michael was very patient with me and answered about a million questions before we were done with the whole process. He also guided me through the mortgage application process, provided multiple local resources for every task during the home buying process. Michael worked tirelessly to first, find a town for us, then to find a property, then to negotiate for the dogs!!
