Selling a home can be an emotional roller coaster, especially when it involved family properties. The process gets even more complex when multiple people are involved, like in a Estate situation. When my husband and I set out to sell my parents cherished 1957 home we knew it would be a challenge, given our background in land development and custom home builders. Fortunately we had Michael Scarito, his talent in managing different personalities was nothing short of amazing. In situations with multiple decision makers, it easy for deals to slip away - timing is everything. Many dont realize the first offer is often the best.
