We contacted Michael based on his profile which included his knowledge of our local area. After talking with him on the phone, we were satisfied that he would be able to represent us well and didn't even contact another realtor. We were living remote so we never even got the opportunity to meet with Michael which was something new to us. As it turned out, it couldn't have worked better. He took care of everything electronically including the closing. Our house sold immediately so the whole process, start to finish, only took a few weeks. We were very happy with his responsiveness and how quickly he was able to get all the details taken care of. We would have no reservations with using him in the future.
