ZillowVERIFIED Ryan Mutchler is beyond amazing at his job. He goes above and beyond for his clients. For example: I had to remove a wood stove from my home before I could sell it. I physically couldn't have done that my self, there was just no way. Without me even asking he recruited a friend and together they not only removed it but disposed of it for me. What realtor does that? Mine did! If I called or texted him he always got back to me almost immediately. My house was pending in less than a week and even when the first offer fell through he jumped back into the game and had me signing papers again within the next few days. He made my selling experience almost stress free if you can believe that. If you need a realtor, Ryan is your man he will get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Further he is very knowledgeable not only about buying and selling homes, but also about the lending process.My husband and I had been "kind of" looking for a home for the past couple of years. We honestly weren't that serious about finding a new home. I found Ryan when I inquired about a home that I saw online last year. It was 10 p.m. I was just looking around on the website and hit the contact button, assuming that we wouldn't hear from someone until the next morning. Ryan sent me an immediate response and asked when I'd like to communicate about the home. We texted back and forth and he showed us the home the very next day. Even though that particular home didn't work out, Ryan enthusiastically showed us more homes and worked with OUR schedules, even though he knew we weren't really serious just yet about buying. Fast forward a year and Ryan was just as responsive and enthusiastic about us as clients (even though we still weren't finding our dream home). Then, one day, Ryan contacted us as we were driving back from running errands. He texted us a Zillow picture/information about a home. I first looked at it and wasn't sure what I thought yet. Since we were coming back from being out, I asked Ryan if he could meet us at the home. He was there within 10 minutes! Further, the home surpassed all our expectations and offered more than we could've imagined! It had just gone on the market that very day! We made an offer by 1 p.m. and it was accepted that evening. If Ryan hadn't been so responsive to us and hadn't really listened to what we were looking for in a home, we would not have this house today and I'm convinced we'd still be out there "kind of" looking. We found out later that multiple offers had come in that evening, but ours had already been accepted! Thank you Ryan for your responsiveness, quick wit, positive attitude and sense of humor. We will be recommending you to anyone we know that is buying a home!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan has been helping us look for our dream home over the last month. We haven't bought it yet but we are very happy with the work that Ryan has done for us. We are looking for something out of the norm: A large parcel of remote farmland. Ryan has been more than willing to drive all over the countryside, climb up and down steep hills and trudge through cow fields with mud so deep that he lost a boot to the suction. Ryan has beaten down blackberries with sticks so that we could inspect back pastures and balanced precariously on fences to make sure roofs were in good condition. He is immediately responsive to our texts, emails and phone-calls and drops anything he is doing to show us a new listing. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the home buying process but he's also knowledgeable about construction, repairs and spotting what is done right and what things that could be possible issues. To top it all off, Ryan has a great sense of humor, a friendly demeanor and makes the whole process fun. Shopping for homes with Ryan feels like hanging out with a friend instead of the stressful experience that home buying can be. My husband and I didn't have perfect credit and we had many, many hiccups on the lending side. If it wasn't for Ryan we would have given up.I instantly felt comfortable around Ryan and so did my husband. He isn't a pushy sales person and he takes the time to figure out exactly what you need in a home. If a house isn't good, he'll tell you right away. I would text him all hours of the day/night with new houses to look at and he would respond quickly. When we felt like truly giving up, he found us an amazing house with everything we need. It was on the market one day. We worked fast to get the first offer in and we got it! He even helped us do home repairs that were needed in order for our loan to be finalized. The most amazing thing is that he doesn't give up you and fights hard for you. We discovered the house needed a new roof and we accepted it "AS IS". The bank wouldn't approved us until it was fixed. We thought we had lost the house then, but Ryan pulled off an amazing feat and got the seller to buy us a brand new roof for our house and garage at no cost to us. Who doesn't love a FREE roof?! Thanks you so much Ryan!Do you want someone that is genuine, dependable, down to earth and will fight tooth and nail for you? Ryan is your guy. ZillowVERIFIED I really enjoyed having Ryan as my real estate agent to help me purchase my first home. I am a aEURoeNowaEUR? sort of person and that is the type of real estate agent he is. I would send him text messages at 9pm at night, giving him addresses of homes I wanted to look at and he would have them set up to look at the next day. He was very flexible with time, which was nice (I met him during the evening, weekends and during my lunch breaks to go look at homes). He was not a pushy sales person either, very patient with my decision making. We would look at homes, and he didnt make me feel like I needed to make a decision right away. He also knows a lot about fixing homes and would point out things I didnt even notice that might need to be fixed. Ive recommended him to my best friend, and she is really happy with him as well. If I would recommend a person to my best friend, then that should say something.
