Review We were referred to Mike by my father-in-law who has bought and sold multiple properties through his agency. He has always been extremely responsive and able to answer our questions. He came and saw our house when we decided that we were interested in selling. We were finishing some repairs and updates and he gave helpful insight on what we could do to maximize the value of our home. We listed our home higher than we originally thought would be possible and received a nearly full price offer in a few days. There were some issues outside of our control that dragged out the selling process and were very frustrating, but Mike was on top of it to help us through and was always patient and honest. He also helped us in our search to buy land to build our new home. He did a lot of research and guidance for us throughout the process. It took us almost a year to find the right property, but he was available whenever we had questions and was very helpful in guiding us when we found land that we liked but had questions about the permitting and approvals needed to build there. Fast forward few years and he was back at it as we were searching for land to build our second home. As life does, we had some unexpected career changes and ended up deciding to not build and ultimately relocate out of the area. This decision initiated the need to have a very fast sale of our first home. Again, Mike made the process of selling easy to understand and manage on our end. We had a VERY successful fast sale (Oct. 2022) which subsequently is making our relocation process much easier. My Mom recently passed away in February and my brother and I were left with the painful task of selling our childhood home. My Mom lived there until her passing as did my Dad until he passed away in 2017. They were the original owners of that home and had lived there for 65 years. That is a lot of memories and a lot to clean out in preparing for the sale. Michael was referred to us my someone very close to my brother whose opinion meant a lot. He did not disappoint. Review Mike Russo is phenomenal. He's calm, he's confident, he has connections. He never makes you feel like your concerns or questions aren't 100% valid. Working with him truly feels like it's the only thing he's doing. We have worked with Mike before but this week we sold and bought on the same day. Our sellers didn't have a realtor and Mike stepped up and handled our situation anyways. Although we received immediate offers, Mike encouraged us to keep our scheduled showings. He spent his weekend showing our home 42x even though we already had an offer over asking - talk about looking out for your clients' best interest. Also, as we were moving our belongings into our new house the night before we closed, we noticed water coming into the basement. Mike was on the phone with us at 10pm calmly talking us through scenarios. He then drafted an email to both attorneys presenting the options to them so that we were still able to close on time (14 hours later). We are so grateful for all he has done for us.
