Mike is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to assisting with finding your dream home! Very friendly if theres anything that you need to help you along the journey trust me this is the Broker to seek help from! Me and my wife whos a veteran absolutely loves his can do attitude and unique expertise on anything home buy even home improvement. Great decision ever made. We would call him in a heartbeat even if we decided to sell our new home 10 years or so down the road! You want to make everything right choose Mike Ritrovato to guide your family in the right direction in finding the best deal and is great at negotiations for the client! He contacted us daily to collaborate on what homes we wanted to see weekly. We meet him and his team at a veterans conference workshop.

He was very fast and communicated very well and didn?t hesitate to help me find an agent in NC. This is my second home that I?ve bought and had Mikes help. Wow! Mike and his team made buying a house such a breeze! We were new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Mike and his team were professional and personal! They never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from searching for a home to making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker, to escrow. They were literally available 24/7 to answer any questions we had and explain what we didnt understand. Mike and his team truly care about their clients and will always have your back. This made it really easy to move into our dream home in less than 3 month.
