Our son was moving to Westlake, and he wanted us to leave Orange County after 36 years to join him and his family. He narrowed realtors down to two. After reading the profiles we decided Michael Rice would be the best fit for us. Our first meeting was a zoom where Michael explained what the Conejo Valley included and what the moving process would involve. Our second meeting was in person, and Michael drove through the many neighborhoods of the CV and had us select which ones were a good fit for us. He then hooked us in to a portal, and whenever homes came up for sale in the areas we liked, and they met our specs, we'd get pictures and info about them. If they seemed like potential homes for us, we'd let Michael know. When we had a good collection, we came out, spent the weekend, and visited all those homes we'd approved, including a few more Michael thought we'd like. On our second day of looking, we found our new forever home. Working with Michael has been a pleasure. He's efficient, professional, and just an all around good man. We are proud to call him our friend, and give him our unconditional high praise and recommendation. Moving is never an easy process, but Michael helped us to make a seamless transition.

I have bought and sold quite a few houses over the years, working with many different realtors. By far, working with Michael Rice was the best experience. His knowledge of the Conejo Valley is excellent. He knows every neighborhood and can offer good insights about each. He is very responsive and was very patient as I was asking many questions along the way. He is very low pressure, yet maintains a no-nonsense, straightforward approach when getting specific information about properties and during the negotiating process. In addition, he was able to connect me with a lender that was a half point lower than anyone else. I can't recommend Michael highly enough.
