He was the third of three agents assigned to price our house, and when he came over, my husband and I knew we would be in the best hands with him. He was quick and responsive and did a wonderful job balancing the reality of the market with how much we valued our home. Michael made quick work of getting the house listed and photographed, including getting a great 3D tour set up for the listing. He was able to stage open houses only two weekends after we signed the listing agreement and regularly marketed our house to a wide network of agents. He communicated well with us when showings were happening and continued to work hard for us once we moved out and onto the next chapter. The market was a bit slow this summer, but Michael showed his resolve at getting our house sold by hosting open houses every weekend and fielding our constant worried texts with calm responses. Before working with Michael, I worked with quite a few agents, none of whom came even close to Michael's experience and expertise. Since I was moving in from outside of LA area, Michael identified several properties for me in advance and allowed me to filter them to my liking. He made additional suggestions based on his knowledge of the local area, and setup all the appointments in advance for the tour. He efficiently completed the tours with me, and shared his insights for the narrowing down from the selections. Once we identified the property, he led all the negotiations and walked me through any potential pitfalls in the process. He facilitated all the inspections smoothly, and also promptly extended the contingency period when needed. When it was time to get repair quotes, he went above and beyond to identify contractors and took them to the property to get comparable quotes for repairs.
