There it was, just what I was looking for. I was due to head back to Minneapolis, where I live, Tuesday morning. This is where Michael Redman enters the picture. He handled everything. I would text him at 2 am thinking he could answer in the morning and the next thing I know he responds. My closing was VA loan, virtual, and simultaneous.
