ZillowVERIFIEDMichael was a pleasure to have on our side. In a market with ever increasing prices and rates, we were not sure we were going to find the right place. He was ever diligent and wonderful with communication. We looked at a lot of places, and he was always willing to be flexible with our availability. He was so positive we would find the right place for us, and we did! I would definitely recommend Michael, he is a buyers friend.

ZillowVERIFIED I have had the opportunity to work with Michael Pohl. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very upfront and gave us several properties to look at. I wish we could have closed on a property but it didnt work out this time. I look forward to working with him again!

ZillowVERIFIED This was a very unique sale in that the buyer was out of town and required multiple inspections, but Michael was very helpful to get us through the process. We really appreciated all his help.

ZillowVERIFIED The best realtor Ive ever met and the only agent Id ever want to use in the State of California. Period. Full stop. Michael changed how I look at the housing industry. His experience and attention to detail are without par. Great personal skills. Amazing eye for detail. Very insightful. We had a very difficult project on a tight schedule and Michael was integral in keeping deadlines and things organized. Just a solid pro. Wish I could bring myself to criticize him so this review doesnt sound like fluff. Thats the only criticism I have for the guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was very thorough in presenting our home for sale. The first few days of the listing we had 2 offers, at listing price and higher! It was a painless experience for us and escrow closed on time, which is rare in my experience. I highly recommend Michael as an honest and trustworthy agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is energetic and very responsive to all questions and concerns regarding the purchase of my home. He is very personable and I enjoyed his company as we viewed houses in my price range. Also he was meticulous about making sure we saw all the houses that might work for me. He also made sure I paid the best price for the house I got. He was great at drawing up the paperwork and explaining what was happening to me. Pleasure working with him.
