ZillowVERIFIED Michael was AWESOME he was very helpful he went above and beyond to help me find my home. There were a few close call when I thought it wasn't going to happen but I have to say Michael is a genius he made it happen. I like the way he thinks out the box to come up with solution to help with a problem that I think other agents wouldn't necessarily do. Thank you Michael best agent ever??

ZillowVERIFIED I had reached out to Michael Perry, After I was not get respond from four other realtor I was working, or they were not fits for the job. One had told me I do not sell home under for this amount, second one you would not find a home for this price never get a listing from him, third one I was told I never been in this neighbors hood etc and fourth one no action no email. But thanks for Zillow my friend had looked it up so Michael, name has pop up and I am glad I had picked him now I am in my beautiful home "YES." He had took initiative once I had reached out to him so he listened and willing to meets me and show me different property. Very responsive he had told me I am your realtor I am your eyes so things I don not noticed he had.
