ZillowVERIFIEDLoved Mike and his wife Lynn. Amazing pair to work with. They sent us a suggestion after two short conversations on what were looking for and set up an afternoon to look at two houses. First one we saw we bought! Great job. Will definitely recommend to anyone buying a house and will definitely come back to him for our next house, if that ever happens!

ZillowVERIFIED He found me the perfect house and guided me through the entire home buying process, while providing input and answering any and all questions I had. He took my input and requirements into consideration, steered me away from dangerous areas, and ultimately found me a place I can call home.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is an incredible person to work with. His positive attitude and sense of humor makes the house hunting/ purchasing process more enjoyable. He is very caring and responsive. He worked hard to find a home that felt like a perfect fit for me that incorporated things I had listed as desires. He also was great with figuring out the best fit for me financially and was very knowledgeable when it came to helping me determine the best areas/ neighborhoods for me and my daughter. I will recommend Michael to anyone in need of a realtor. When you work with him, you are in the best hands!

ZillowVERIFIED A five is not a high enough rating for Michael! We purchased our home from another state and his patience and helpfulness through this process was amazing. He repeatedly walked through the house with video so we could really know what we were getting. We wanted a home within walking distance to our daughter and he was on top of every listing that came available in the neighborhood. He was very helpful in negotiating and we have been so pleased with every step. Not only is he good at his job but Mike and his wife Lynn are fine, friendly people.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant express enough how great of an experience we had with Mike Olsen. We were looking for very specific things in our new home. He took so much time and care in finding options that met our needs. Mike was were so realistic when it came to potential houses. He didnt waste our time showing us things that were out of our range or didnt meet our criteria. The whole experience from top to bottom was incredible. We love our new home! Thank you Mike!

Lynn and Mike Olsen recently helped me buy a townhouse in Saint Paul, MN. This was my second time buying a home, and Mike and Lynns extensive knowledge of the area and advice was invaluable in my search and purchase. Lynn and Mike were very patient and helpful and available to me at very short notice because of the quick selling marketplace. I highly recommend Lynn and Mike Olsen from Keller Williams Premier Realty.

Mike and Lynn Olsen worked diligently on finding the perfect home for me! I was fussy client and they were able to find me the perfect home. That was in 1998 and I am still in the same house. Still love it and the neighborhood! They were very fair and fun to work with. Thanks, Lynn and Mike! Almost time for a condo, you will be my first call for help!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Olsen has been my agent for 4 transactions since 2000. Purchasing and selling a home in Woodbury, purchasing a home in St. Paul and just last week selling that home in St. Paul. Mike is warm and friendly and easy to work with. I trust him. He did a professional analysis of my home, suggested a reasonable price, and helped me to understand the selling process. We had an open house and 12 showings within 48 hours and 3 offers on the table. Mike is a great coach. He has vast knowledge of the market and the real estate business. But he makes it clear that the decisions are in the hands of the customer. I highly recommend Mike Olsen!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael went above and beyond my expectations in the process of finding a home. He has been a realtor for 30+ years and you cant teach that. He is second to none with knowledge of the twin city areas, very patient with someone like me who was picky with the home, always available days nights weekends Michael is working to find the house you are looking for. He is very organized when it comes to homes available and tours. He has a great loan officer who is also second to no one. His groups customer service was amazing. Michael also has a great personality and will make the process fun! Would recommend to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED The property sold, was my childhood home in St. Paul. However, having lived in LA for the last 30 years, I didn't know where to begin to find a Realtor. My freind recommended Mike Olsen and my home sold within a month. Mike is the best !He was able to negotiate the best price, where 3 other local Realtors thought I would get $30,000.00 less ! The long distance communication was flawless and I always was updated on the progress. Mike illiminated any doubts or stress from the process. If you want a profitable, positive, efficient and timely sale, call Mike !

ZillowVERIFIED The Olsen Real Estate Group is a truly professional, quality team. You can rely on them to help you find the best match for you if you are looking and if you are selling you can count on them to get an offer quickly. What I appreciated most was their willingness to be honest about a potential house when my eyes were clouded by the excitement and emotions of buying a new home. I'd highly recommend for anyone to work with them.
