ZillowVERIFIEDMichael did an outstanding job to help us sell our townhouse. He went above and beyond our expectations. We lived over three hours away from this unit, and he either personally performed necessary, repairs or quickly had the repairs performed by his contacts. I would highly recommend Michael as a sellers agent if you are considering the sale of your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying our first home felt overwhelming at times, but working with Mike made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. From the very beginning, he truly cared about what we wanted and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. It didnt take long for him to get a clear sense of our needs and guide us toward the right home. What really set Mike apart was that he helped with far more than just finding a house. He connected us with a great lender, helped us secure a grant, and made sure every step of the process was handled with care. He looked out for our best interests in every aspect of buying a home. As first-time buyers, his advice and honest opinions meant a lot to us, and we trusted his guidance completely. Mike was always there to answer questions, offer support, and make sure we were comfortable with every decision. If youre looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond, Mike is the one you want on your side. We are so grateful for everything he did to help us become homeowners.

ZillowVERIFIED The sale of my house was quick and painless thanks to Michael. Michael was professional, reliable, and effective in every aspect, but even more importantly to me, he exhibited genuine, caring and support throughout the process. Michaels knowledge of the market conditions and trends was evident at our initial meeting and by the end of that first meeting, I knew he was the right person to sell my home. That decision was only strengthened during the course of the process. His personalized approach and his consideration of my situational constraints, including time and travel, was not only professional, but relieved so much of the stress associated with selling my home. Michael resolved any minor problems that arose during the sale quickly and efficiently. All transactions and communications stayed on track. It was a pleasure working with Michael and I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. Michael told me at our initial meeting that he would be there for me aEURoeevery step of the way aEURoe and he was! You cant ask for more than that!

ZillowVERIFIED We decided to sell our home of 20 years to move closer to family and friends Maryland. It was a tough decision, but Michael Oates of Exit Success Realty made the entire process so easy. His knowledge and expertise was evident as he pleasantly answered all of our questions, scheduled private showings, and got us an above asking price contract within the first week! We had to balance this sale with the purchase and settlement of a new build and Michael made it happen with precision and ease. He was extremely professional and made what was a somewhat tough transition for us go smoothly and without a hitch. If you are thinking of selling your home, we highly recommend you reach out to Michael Oates, you will not be disappointed! Thank you for everything Michael. Kevin & Robin

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is extremely detailed, positive, and confident. He is a hard worker and goes out of his way to help with results. He'd listed our house with the first offer within days unfortunately the financing felt through; he remained confident and with a second offer soon after and closed the USDA loan. It is not the easiest loan type but Michael maintained his communications during underwriting and completed his obligations. Great job Michael.
