Michael was Awesome and never got upset, even when I unknowingly threw my frustrations at him. I was 9 months pregnant then; he worked very patiently with me. I appreciate him as a person and would highly recommend him to anyone. He was very attentive, most importantly, very timely, and if he encountered delays in meeting the scheduled time, maybe due to traffic, he communicated the same to me in real time. He did a good job.
