As first time home buyers his knowledge of the market helped us end up in a neighborhood/town wed never thought wed be able to afford! His timely responses to our many, many questions saved us a lot of time in the decision making process. His flexibility allowed him to accompany us to almost every showing and/or open house. His recommendation of escalation offers saved us almost $10k to if we hadnt done an escalation offer.

Mike has years of experience running his own real estate business which is now part the Weichert Realtors organization. His experience clearly shows in his knowledge and his common-sense advice. We were out of town during all of the actual marketing of our home. Mike provided a competent and steady hand managing the entire sale process. On several occasions, he stepped in and took care of items locally that we could not. He also arranged for us to work with an excellent local attorney for the closing and, during that process as well, Mike stayed in close contact with all parties, helping to keep the process on track. ZillowVERIFIED Always responded to questions quickly any time of day. Spent extensive hours viewing homes with us. Walked us through closing process with expertise. I put 4 stars for negotiation skills because he wasnt able to get us a price we wanted but thats probably has more to do with the housing market than his specific skill, still I didnt feel he fought too hard for us getting more out of the deal.

His guidance was spot on in terms of listing our previous home at the right price in a growing market. Mike was there every step of the way; I could really count on him for solid advice to even answer the simplest of questions. When it came to the purchase our current home, Mike negotiated a terrific selling price. Since we purchased this home, there has easily been a 20% appreciation in its value. I needed someone to sell my home so I hired Thomas Michael of Atlantic Properties. Tom hit the ground running, with in 2 weeks of hiring him we had an open house. We received an offer right away. The buyers had a lot of demands. It was over whelming for us as first time sellers. Thanks to Tom we had to deal with very little of it. We followed all his advice and saved tons of money. We sold during a "buyers market" time in our state and we walked away ahead of the game. I will definitely use Tom for my next purchase. He is fast and extremely knowledgeable in his field. 5 stars for sure!
