ZillowVERIFIED Michael is very personable and knowledgeable. He also takes time to listen to your needs and dreams for your new home. A place for our grandchildren to play safely was important to us. The new home community has a nice shaded area for families to relax. We also wanted plenty of closet space and room for an at home office. We got it!

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Michael sight unseen from Zillow as we would be moving into a new city. He could not have been any more helpful. He responded to our initial contact within just a few minutes. We had chosen about 20 homes to look at. He did extensive research on all properties and gave us details on the properties that we were eligible for. Once we chose our new home, he was still very involved and helpful throughout the loan approval and closing process. We would not hesitate to use Michael again.

He never seemed to tire of my questions or concerns. He always responded with extreme respect, and he was very knowledgable about the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED Michael helped me and my wife purchase our first home and we just closed on our second with him as well. He was extremely patient working with two new homebuyers, especially considering both purchases were closed while I was out of state travelling and both have been very low dollar purchases. He also was knowledgeable about the current housing market and knew how much home we could get for our money in the locations we preferred. Another great thing about working with Michael was his willingness to share his knowledge with us. If he saw something that would likely need replacing, he would point it out without being negative about the whole house in general. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy anything while working with Michael. We highly recommend working with Michael and will look forward to working with him again in the future.
