ZillowVERIFIED I had a property on the market for 4 months with a different agent and it didn't sell. I cancelled the listing with that agent and asked Michael to list it for me. Michael had a detailed and well thought out plan with specific steps for getting the property sold. Michael and his team executed the plan and we had an offer within two weeks. Thank you Michael.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was great in helping us sell our existing home and finding the perfect new home for us. His team made the whole situation comfortable and easy. Setting up to get our home staged and photographed was more than we had expected. They have taken the time to make every step so easy that we never had to worry because he was always one step ahead. Any time we had an email or call he was quick to answer, even when he was on vacation!

ZillowVERIFIED Made my fiancA(C) and I feel very comfortable when looking around to buy our first home. Told us the many pros and cons of buying a fixer upper, really left lasting impressions on what we needed to look for.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was helpful in every step in the home searching, buying, and selling processes. He took the time to get to know what we were looking for and helped make great recommendations. He had great local knowledge of the areas we were looking at. Even after we have closed and moved into our new house he is willing to provide advice and answer any questions we have. He assisted greatly in not only the buying of our current house but the selling of our then current home. Highly recommended and we will use again if the time ever comes.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Michael from a sign on a house he had listed. But how we used Zillow together was productive and made our search easy. He had great advice but was never pushy. He was personable, patient, and so knowlegeable about value, and details of construction. In only two days he guided us to exactly the home we dreamed of. He is more than a realtor. He is an amazing man and now someone I consider a friend. I would recommend Michael to anyone who is ready to invest in their dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED It was truly a blessing that my wife and I had the opportunity to have Michael as our realtor through our first home buying experience. The wealth of knowledge that he displayed was encouraging enough for us to go with him. Michael really took his time to help us understand the business and what kinds of things that we should look for when shopping for a house. He really makes you feel in control in the entire process and will give you any advice you might seek. With his 22 years experience, he has had the pleasure to develop a plethora of resources to help his clients get the best service possible with whatever home improvement project might come. (Ex: with his superior relationship with a certain inspector, we were able to get a brand new roof on our new home for FREE!!!) I would even recommend one of his team members to anybody without having met them because Michael just seems to know how to surround himself with the right talent. Thank you Michael for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Mergell is an experienced real estate broker with extensive market knowledge. He helped my wife and I navigate the local market to find our dream home. He successfully positioned our existing home on the market for which we received an offer that was 98% of its list price. Michael was very helpful throughout the purchase process of our new home, negotiating a purchase price in our favor and walked us through all the paperwork. Should we ever decide to move from this beautiful home, he will be our broker without hesitation. If you choose Michael to be your broker, you will discover what an asset a good broker can be!

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Michael three years ago when we moved to Indy from Seattle. Michael has always been very patient, reliable and professional. We had a housing emergency this past year and Michael was a great help. He handled the situation for us with skill and efficiency. Our experience with Michael finds him honest, a straight shooter, and a listener. He wants all parties to receive an honorable and fair deal. We have rented, opting to not buy a house for now. Knowing this meant his not getting a sell did not deter his willingness to always help. I would recommend Michael without hesitation.
