ZillowVERIFIED I tried to look for a home again this year and hoping things would go smoothly. I searched for homes from zillow and made some inquiry. Michael responded quickly. He asked me several questions and sent me listings of homes within my criteria. We looked at homes and found a home in location well within the school vicinity in which I'm very much interested. As soon as I made my decision, Michaels' knowledge of the area, the market and negotiation skills got me what I wanted. He didn't put me in any stress, the docusign was one of the greatest thing that I experience during the process. It's fast and convenient. I didn't have any lost time at work just to sign a document. I never felt pressured to reach a decision. He always acted in favor of my interests. The most delightful experience was that I only had to show up for the house inspection and final agreement signing (close of escrow). He continuously follow up with me even after the purchase of the house. I would recommend him without second thought to prospective buyers.
