Just a little about me... After receiving my college degree in culinary arts, I made the cross-country move from Boston to Las Vegas in 1998 to pursue becoming an executive chef. After a few years in the industry and renting small apartments, I decided that I should be a property owner and not a renter. I bought my first property in 2001 and immediately started saving for a second one. I purchased my second property in 2003 and converted my first one into an income producing rental property. I then thought about my real estate agent and how I felt I was more involved in the home-buying process than the agent was. At that point I decided to change careers and get my Nevada Real Estate License. Since 2005 I have been a full-time real estate agent specializing in residential sales and purchases. I have experienced both the boom and the bust of the Las Vegas housing market.
