It was our first home buying experience and since purchasing the right home can be a very time consuming process, we wanted a realtor that we could trust to find that home that met all our needs. From our initial meeting until the close of our home Michael exceeded our expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to communicate in way that we were able to understand. Michael was very honest and always looked out for our best interest. ZillowVERIFIED We used to Michael to help us sell our apartment and then purchase a new home. After attempting to sell directly (without a seller's agent), I decided to give Michael a shot at selling our unit in a complex with very little turn-over. His ability to gauge the market and estimate fair market value was incredible. With Michael's help, a nice flow of potential buyers began to see our apartment and eventually it sold. As we began to look for a house, Michael's local knowledge of Lower Westchester proved to be invaluable as he clued us in on specific issues like high water tables, the tax grievance process, etc. He helped us negotiate 5 offers to purchase and supported us during home inspections on 3 different properties. The negotiation on one potential house dragged on for 6 months with Michael showing patience and confidence against a difficult seller, seller's agent and attorney. At times Michael would work around our schedule and show us properties between his own personal engagements and at odd hours. Michael is a world class real estate agent - personable, patient, responsive and knowledgeable. Now that we are settled in to our new home, I am beginning to miss our frequent interactions that lasted over a year.
