He was extremely patient with us as our house hunt took much longer than expected. Throughout the process my husband and I knew we could count on Michael to be quick and efficient with the paperwork which allowed the process to progress smoothly. We were first time homebuyers but still felt very informed and aware during the time that led up to closing on the house. My husband and I had our 6 month old baby in tow at the closing meeting. Our child became fussy, and Michael stepped in and had him to sleep in a matter of minutes so that we could complete the paperwork. He has been very personable and professional from the beginning, and we would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a home in the area.

Michael saw my listing immediately & called to see if we'd be interested in seeing the comps in our area that he thought we weren't listening our house for enough. We were hesitant at first because we thought we couldn't afford to use a realtor at the time. Michael called consistently to check in and see if we had any luck with our listing & offered to show us the comps again. So we agreed to see the comps & hear what He had to say. After one visit i was confident that he was highly motivated to get our house sold for what we had to have to get out of the house & in a timely manner. Michael had two offers on the table in less than a week & our house sold that week! We'd honestly probably still be in our old house if it wasn't for his help.
