When we bought our home he gave us names of mortgage brokers-professionals for contact for yard, etc. After closing he made sure we were doing ok. We were not able to be at the home right away as we are living in New Mexico. For example; a bad hail storm on the 28th of May- Michael contacted us to let us know and Personally went by the home in Omaha and check on it- and even had someone come look at our roof. Who does that?! I would recommend him without any doubt or hesitation. We have been so fortunate to have his expertise and his thoughtfulness-even after the house has been closed on.!!
