ZillowVERIFIEDI wish we could give Michael 10 stars! He is the epitome of what a real estate agent should be! Michael was extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable and communicative. He guided us through the entire buying process and we ended of purchasing our dream home and closed 2 weeks early thanks to him! We have bought and sold multiple properties and this was definitely the most seamless experience! If you are looking to buy or sell in the Santa Cruz or surrounding area, you should 100% use Michael as your agent!

ZillowVERIFIED We give the highest recommendation to Loredo Group Reality as they provided concierge level service. With an in- depth knowledge of the local real-estate market and their thoughtful guidance, we were able to purchase a beautiful home in a perfect location. They took the time to get to know us and our personal preferences often becoming our trusted surrogates. During our home search, they provided video walk throughs of available properties, offering impressions of how it met our needs, plus guided reviews of inspection reports. As out of state buyers, their access to many local resources provided additional assurances we were in the best hands with our real estate needs. They went door-to-door looking for hidden opportunities in neighborhoods that interested us as well as meeting with potential neighbors! They were by our side during the entire process of negotiating the offer, working through escrow contingencies and even after escrow closed as we took possession of the house. We are excited and delighted to be in our new home aEUR" Loredo group gave us extraordinary service and support.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is a caring, consummate professional. As a first-time home buyer, he navigated me through all of the questions, issues and concerns I had in making this purchase. His recommendation of a lender was also top notch and it was comforting that he knew the lender and felt confident in recommending them. Overall he and his real estate group did fantastic work and I highly recommend him! Thank you Michael!

ZillowVERIFIED We had such a great experience with Michael! He helped us develop a strategy in a very competitive market to get the home we were looking for. The process is very challenging in Pacific Grove. Michael was willing to help us view the property with FaceTime and we were able to make an offer based on his insight and ability to be there when we were in So. Cal. Michael gave us a timely advantage! We loved working with him and would highly recommend Michael if youre looking for your dream home!!! ?? Mike and Cheri Stetson

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is a terrific agent. He's been generous with his time from the casual start of our home search through the close of our home purchase. We met months ago when we weren't quite sure what the market was like or even exactly where we wanted to buy. He was willing to invest time in understanding our needs, help us understand the communities, even when our interests were pretty wide-ranging. He continued to be super patient and several months and many weekends into our process. He never made us feel like he just wanted to make a sale. He's great with follow-up, tracking down answers to the most obscure issues that arose when learning details about the house we were in the process of purchasing. He's been fantastic all the way through the sale process, from offer through the many steps in the escrow, and even after the close, he has ensured all details have been attended. If you want someone who takes time to understand your needs and be there with you every step of the way, Michael is the right pick!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was one of the best agents Ive ever worked with. Being from the area he has great local knowledge and was incredible in pointing out details such as small micro climates we would have never thought to consider on our own. Hes forthcoming and honest with each property, creating a very comfortable shopping experience. Lastly, he was incredibly accommodating. We called him essentially day of and he was able to figure out our style and show us multiple properties without any notice. Just an all around great agent and stand up guy.
