ZillowVERIFIED Michael was very patient involving the sale of my marital home. He had to deal with two lawyers and an ex spouse that was far from cooperative. Michael never took a side and stayed professional the entire time. When it came to negotiating the home sale and keeping up with the documents no one is better. He is a true professional at his trade and anyone looking to buy or sale a home would be lucky to have him in your corner. His knowledge of the contracts and amendments and their proper wording is second to none and always has hie clients best interest in mind, not just his commission. He would rather cancel a sale that would affect your bottom line and prolong him receiving his commission. This is the only home I had ever sold and was very nervous in dealing with an agent due to horror stories I have herd from others. This will never be the case with Michael he is truly a GOOD GUY and a man of character. Thank you b MR. Liddicoat

He was available for showings at the last minute, pointed out potential issues in houses I was interested in and even suggested a local mortgage company when I was getting overlooked on bids I had made. Always responsive and fast! We closed on the house in 24 days. He knew everything up front and did not bull me ever! ZillowVERIFIED Mike Liddicoat and his realtor Michelle Nell are very professional. The are responsive to the need to sell and buy (Not to mention extreme patience and NOT pushy). Mike is willing to take on my sale, in a very special way, that no other realtor was willing to work with. (You see I have four dogs, that were part of my rescue, that Never Left me and I adopted them! He is very sensitive to my need and is willing to list my home in a special way with photos and special appointments to give me time to have my dogs out before any prequalified showing!) Any other realtor that has tried to help me wanted me to be ready anytime from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm to show on the spot! Thank God for Mike and Michelle because they understand my need for my pups! My home is not a dump but is a very nice family home with a pool and 5 bedrooms just waiting for a new family to enjoy. My dogs are very clean and loving to people and Mike has met them all!!! I have total confidence that Mike and Michelle will help me sell for a great price as well as find us our next home! A GREAT realtor and person! Both of them!

ZillowVERIFIED I have to tell you about Mike Liddicoat! This man did the extraordinary in finding me my home. I was living in Parker, Az and looking for a home in Phoenix, Az...thats over 130 miles away and I was working over 50 hours a week. As you can imagine it was quite a task from that distance. Mike was my eyes, legs and ears in Phoenix. When looking for a home I could only go by what I saw on the internet and the few trips I was able to make on my days off, Mike was my legs and knew exactly what I was looking for. It wasnt exactly an easy list. Any time I was interested in a home he was immediately on it, going to the home and being totally honest about if it suited my needs. He delivered more than my expectations and always had my best interest at heart. He wasnt concerned about his commission, just my happiness. He found me my forever home and was there every step of the way even when I couldnt be. I truly am grateful to him for all that he has done for me. I am so blessed to know him and his wonderful wife Sally. After I moved in to my new home they surprised me with a gift that Sallys father made by hand, a beautiful porch swing! Theyre just isnt enough thank yous I can give these two for what theyve done for me. Good bless them!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is the best. I contacted him by accident and was very pleased with the outcome. He started showing me houses in my price range. I was very impressed with his knowledge and honesty. He sent me an email with houses and info regarding the houses, so I could make an informed decision. Mike was able to show me houses at a moments notice, his schedule was very flexible. My boyfriend and I had less than average credit and he was able to talk to the Landlords and determine if they were willing to work with our credit before we wasted our time. I found a beautiful house and with Mikes suggestions and help we were able to move in, in less than a month. I had a short amount of time to move and he did not drag his feet at all, he understood my situation and moved fast. I am very grateful finding him and thankful to mike. I will come back to Mike when needing to rent again and eventually buy.
