He helped me purchase my first home in Arizona, then sell it, and purchase once again. Michael knocked all 3 of those deals out of the park for me and exceeded all expectations. Easy to work with, and honestly just a very genuine, knowledgeable person. He took such great care of each experience we have shared that I felt like I hardly did anything at all, he really makes it that easy. What I value most is how much he cares. Review From pre listing through to the close, Michaels knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism, honesty , commitment to service, and street smarts were readily apparent. Prior to listing he did a spot on analysis of the market and gave us great advice regarding cost effective measures to prepare the home for sale. Prior to listing Michael we made Michael aware that we preferred a quick sale rather than the extra dollar. In response he put our interest above his own and explored a strategy that had it been successful would have substantially diminished his commission. After listing he helped us get our net price goal in a market that was limited due to interest rate hikes and a new subdivision immediately adjacent to ours where the developer was offering interest buy downs. After the offer was accepted Michael was incredibly patient with our many questions regarding the documents and their online execution. As was the case from pre listing to close Michael was always prompt in returning our telephone calls even on the occasion when he was out of town with his family. Perhaps the best measure of our satisfaction with and gratitude for Michaels service is the fact that we listed our former home with Michael after having used him as our agent for the purchase of our current home.

Review I had another realtor assigned to me through another lender and she didnt pay me near the attention that Michael did knowing that I had another realtor. I gave her the chance to make a difference and she failed so I turned to Michael, he represented me to the fullest and dealt with the ups and downs of choosing houses for weeks in a very difficult market. We finally found the one we wanted and he was there on the spot looking out for us. We appreciated the concern and care that he had towards us to the final closing. We proceeded through the process without any hiccups or concerns knowing that he had our best interest. Not only are we happy with our new home we made a friend for life. Review Words can not describe Michael. He isn't your normal realtor. He takes your family goals and makes it his own. He is very professional and very caring.
