He went far above and beyond what my expectations were for a real estate agent and I have prior experience dealing with other agents on four previous transactions. All of them were great but Mike's attentiveness, sincerity, and genuine concern for his client's wellbeing puts him on a whole different level. Professionalism is expected and Mike was nothing less then perfect in that regard, but it was all the little things that really set him apart. Things like, answering my text message at 2AM when I was panicking that my buyer might not be able to secure a mortgage commitment. Or the get well card and box of cannoli that he brought me when I was under quarantine and couldn't make showing appointments. Gestures like these are all but gone in this fast paced every man for himself world we live in. I really can't say enough good things about him.
