Michael Klonis

I've lived in Berks County all my life. My long-term residency in the area has given me the experience and background of Berks County. I can find my way around just about anywhere, and if I were to get lost, it wouldn't take long for me to get my bearings. As a kid, I loved motorcycles, the outdoors, sports and still do. The kid in me shows himself once in a while. I spent many years coaching soccer, baseball and wrestling and still serve as a Board member for our school's wrestling team. I absolutely love the beach and try to vacation there at least once a year. In the fall, I go to Ohio for hunting trips with my friend Jack to do a little archery hunting. I don't get out as often as I want, since my job keeps me rather busy, but when I do, I enjoy the outdoors.

I reside in the Bernville area with my wife Lorie and our son Alex. I chose this profession because it is the perfect fit for me. Those who know me joke about how I'm "the definition of a people person." It is not just my communication skills that make me good at my job, but the rewarding feeling I receive by knowing I truly helped someone achieve his or her real estate needs. Working in the real estate business for the past 18+ years has never been boring. I learn more about it every day. The more I learn, the more I love what I do.

I am a past board member, including former Secretary, at the Reading-Berks Association of Realtors (RBAR). I formally held the position as a new agent coordinator for 3 years with Century 21 Call First (now Century 21 Gold). I am always willing to answer any questions new agents may have about the business and give some ideas or opinions on what the best approach to real estate could be.

I will do everything I'm capable of to sell or purchase your home as quickly as possible with the least amount of stress. Overall, I represent you and what's best for you as my client.
