ZillowVERIFIED where to start. I am so excited to share my experience with Micheal Jackson. I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with this great man to purchase my dream home. My husband was referred to him by people he previously helped with their purshases, a blessing period. as a first-time buyer, I didn't know much about the process he was very patient and explained repeatedly and answered my questions any time I asked. The first time I met him was on a Sunday, I called him at the last minute to visit a house he dropped everything he was doing and Showed up. my calls and messages were never gone and answered immediately at the latest within an hour. I love how he listened and addressed my concerns any time something rises up. he would stay on the phone patiently you would think you are the only client he is working with while I know in reality he has million of things waiting for him. he was on our side through the whole process. even after we closed I contacted him several times and he was right there for me. if you are looking for an agent BELIEVE ME THIS IS THE RIGHT ONE. contacted so many before him I didn't end up working with them for different reasons. I recommend him and I will definitely work with him in the future. such a blessing, thank you, Micheal.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Jackson and his team were wonderful to work with! We were selling our home in another state at the same time he was helping us buy and his great communication really took a lot of the stress out of the transaction! Anytime I needed anything, he was available and willing to help! He had great knowledge about putting in a strong offer in the craziness of Covid bidding wars! He truly cares about his clients and it was a pleasure to work with him! Thanks Michael!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael has a great knowledge of the area and discussed a fair price based on the comps in the area. Our house sold fairly quick and Michael assisted with every step in the process. If you would like an honest and upfront realtor with integrity, I would highly suggest using Michael at MidCiti Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was our first choice when we decided to sell our home and we would choose him again. On top of selling our home we also decided to build one as well. Given one house had to fund the other, the entire process had to run smoothly. Not to mention, we ran a business out of the selling property. Needless to say, we had our hands full. Michael made certain his end was taken care of. We listed the property. Shortly after, we had an open house. Several prospects came and went. Follow ups were made and communication stayed solid throughout every visit. Michael is knowledgeable in his craft and can help with any scenario. Our build contract with one builder fell through after a long waiting period outside of their contract agreement and he helped retrieve our earnest money to the penny so that we could continue on with another builder. The timing was critical. Our home had to be sold in time to meet a closing deadline required by our builder's contract. This was necessary to close on one home in order to fund and close on the new build. Once the contract was made, based on the offer that we negotiated and finally accepted, the rest was effortless. It's hard to compare that word "effortless" and match it with our overall situation but, it was. I would trust him with anything or any scenario you might need tackled. Ours was way outside the box and he brought it to a close. Way to land the plane, Mr Jackson. We are always grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very unfamiliar with the New Braunfels housing market, being from the DFW area. Michael set up several houses for us to look at to minimize trips. Spent the whole day showing us homes and was very understanding of our needs and wants. He is very knowledgeable of the local market, very friendly, and was great to work with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone searching for a home in the Hill Country. It will be hard to find a more ethical, friendly, reliable Realtor than Michael. Thanks for all the hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED We are relocating to Texas and my California realtor spent some time researching and interviewing local agents to help us find a good match. He sent us to Michael and what a blessing it was. Moving out of state to an area we arent familiar with is definitely overwhelming, but Michael was so knowledgeable, responsive, and genuine. He knowsthe real estate business and was on top of everything, making this process for us seamless. But what I liked most was his genuine interest in finding us the perfect home that met our needs and wants. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a realtor that knows what he is doing and actually cares!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, Michael was able to educate me throughout the process, listened to what my actual needs were, and tailored the properties viewed around these needs. Very professional and thorough as well as making himself available at every turn (there were many correspondences after business hours initiated by me, when I was unable to communicate throughout the day while at work). I would recommend Michael for ANYBODY in New Braunfels and the surrounding areas who are looking to buy a new home, hands down. The proof is in the pudding!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is the best realtor! He is such a a laid back, very kind man and is always looking out for his clients best interest. He is also very knowledge in the market, knows what possible problems to look for and who to call to verify if the problem needs to be addressed. The first round of us looking at houses were chosen by me, and I wasnt too thrilled. He asked me what I was looking for and sent me about 25 houses to look from that same night. With that being said, he immediately understood what I desired in a home! It was really helpful due to him being so knowledgeable in the market. We ended up purchasing a new home. The buying process was a bit of a headache due to the builder, but that is to be expected. Since we purchased a new home, we didnt think that we needed a third party inspection. Michael thought otherwise, and we are so happy that we took his advice and recommendation on who to hire for that job. Moreover, any concerns that I had with the builder, I would call Michael and he would have them address the problems immediately and knew the knowledge of the work that to be done and the company that was involved. Needless to say, your search ends here. Work with Michael; hes such a kind and hardworking man. He will be there for you every step of the way during the journey.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Jackson helped every step of the way in the purchase of our house. We started looking for a place near his area around Lockhart and he gave up his time on weekends as we trudged all over the country. He is a gritter and go getter when it comes to assisting in finding the right place. After months of searching we found that place and it wasnt in his home territory but that did not stop him from going the "extra mile" literally for us. By that time he had figured us out in our situation and he was so happy that the right house came along and even tho it was a distance from him, he didn't stop until he saw us through the process. What a great real estate agent! Unlike some who just want to get their commission, Michael makes it his quest to see that his client is cared for and happy. He is so knowledgeable and honest and easy to communicate with. He gets it..whoever reads this we sure recommend Michael as he really came through for us and he will for you.Happy Bastrop home owner.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Jackson met me at a Newhouse that popped up on Christmas Eve!! He is super motivated and knows exactly what he's doing. He pointed out some things that I didn't even know and I've been in the construction business for 18 years. Not only did he remove himself from family holiday plans to serve me, he closed for us!! Thank you so much Mr. Jackson!! I will definitely call him again on my next purchase. I've dealt with other realtors and dropped them because there were too busy. Go with Michael, he will treat you right and get you what you want!!
