ZillowVERIFIED Michael was simply amazing! This was our first home and we had no clue what we were doing. Michael guided us through everything. We started looking at homes 2 years before finding our dream home. Michael was constantly sending us homes and taking us to go see them. He really worked to figure out what it was that we liked and tailored our experience to that. He was never pushy! We decided to put the house search on hold and he was very understanding. When we finally decided on the home we wanted, Michael helped us get our dream home at a reasonable price. After the signed the contract Michael continued to stay highly engaged. Up until the closing Michael was helping us sort through issues that the seller was responsible for fixing. For example, the inspector made us aware of a leaking oil tank. After the sellers claimed it was fixed, Michael took it upon himself to go back and double check. He determined it was indeed still not working. This ended up saving us $4000. Through out the entire process Michael brought an incredible amount of passion, energy, efficiency and intelligence to the table. Having worked with other real estate agents in the area, he truly blows them out of the water! He is also a caring individual. My wife was pregnant as we were buying the home. During that time he was constantly checking in and making sure she felt comfortable with all decisions. He was great with our parents. My father in law is a general contractor who has bought and sold several houses in the past. He was amazed with how much Michael did for us and how he always went the extra mile. We will be using Michael in the future no doubt about it.
