    About Michael Imes

    After leaving the U.S. Army, I trained to become a real estate appraiser. I have been a real estate appraiser since 2002 and an agent since 2012. As an appraiser, I was accepted to the VA appraisal roster. Because I am an appraiser, I have a good understanding of how VA and other loans work when buying or selling a home. As an appraiser, I am very data-oriented and understand many facets of the mortgage process that most agents cannot. My goal is not just to sell real estate, but to serve people with the utmost honesty, ethics, and professionalism possible.     Mike Imes came into my life at just the right time. I needed to sell my house quickly. I had know idea how to do this. Mike helped me and gave me the encouragement I needed to get the house clean and ready for listing. My house was listed and I got a full offer the first day. Well the buyer didn't have all the fiancA(C) in order so the deal fell through; but Mike got the house back on the market and in 2 days another great offer came in.
