I feel I have the ability to appropriately price my listings. Over the course of my 7 year career as a Realtor, my listings sell at 99% of the asking price. I run a full Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for every potential listing indicating how I came up with my price recommendation. Included in my services are professional photos (ALWAYS), boosted advertising on Facebook & Instagram, handling of the Certificate of Occupancy for your sale as well as a multitude of other services. Are you a potential buyer? I will be honest and tell you if the home is worth the asking price, if it's worth more, or if I think the price is too high. I run a CMA on every property my clients want to make an offer on. I have also advised countless clients of mine to not make an offer on a house because of a number of reasons. My goal is to get you the home you want, not to fill my pockets with a commission check. Whether you are selling, buying or renting, I will have your best interests in mind. Now that you know how I operate as a Realtor, here's a little about my personal life: I'm a lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore, born & raised in the Shark River Hills section of Neptune. I currently reside in Wall Township with my wife & 3 children (& 3 dogs!). I graduated from Neptune High School and went to Rutgers-Camden where I graduated with a degree in Business Management & also played two years of competitive soccer.
