We were not from the area and stumbled across Mike as a listing agent for another property and decided after meeting him to use him in our property search. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process on our quick 30 day closing from start to finish and beyond. Responsive, responsive and responsive! Every time we reached out for something or had a questions Mike literally responded in minutes. We were also over 1.5 hours away, so getting to the property was difficult. Mike helped coordinate, also met with additional inspectors and contractors to address open repair issues. Mike went above and beyond after our closing to take in our garbage cans in and drag an old washing machine to the curb!
