ZillowVERIFIED By far, best agent and team Ive had the pleasure of working with! I cant thank you, Nichole and your whole team enough! I currently live out-of-state and had been trying to sell my condo (unsuccessfully) for almost a decade with other real estate agents. Michaels expertise and approach was professional and efficient. The sale was seamless and not stressful at all. I wish I could use his team for future business if I lived in the region! Highly recommended again and again. Thank you!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot say enough good things about Michael and his team. In just 6 short weeks, we found and closed on our dream home AND listed and sold our current home of 18 years. The level of service and professionalism was impeccable. Michael had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. He knew how important this buy/sell process was to us and worked wonders under an extremely tight timeline. He kept us updated an every detail along the way, no matter how big or small. In what could have been an overwhelmingly stressful situation, Michael and his team made it as smooth as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael helped us with our first rental property. He was was always available to answer our questions regardless of day or time. He was honest and forthright- no games. He worked well beyond what one could expect, staying in touch constantly, and even reached out to our lender (who wasn't very cooperative) with the closing date. Michael really cares about his clients. We highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was awesome. From the day we met, until we closed on our house. He's not pushy when you look at properties and gives you space to take it all in but also makes sure you don't miss anything. Any time we wanted to look at a place he was on it. The property we finally settled on ended up being a nightmare to close on and Michael stuck with us giving us help where he could. He made sure any and all my questions got answered in a timely fashion, even if it wasn't his job to answer them. Michael goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your experience and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who asks and even to people who haven't asked. He's an honest, straight forward guy who is a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was an excellent agent to work with in our interstate home purchase in CT! We were moving from Virginia, during COVID, and Michael's communication and dedication to us was unmatched. We know he had many other clients, but we always felt like we were his #1 priority, and he even took us to see 10 houses in a 2 day period based on our limited schedule. His persistence and knowledge in his field, as well as strong communication skills with the selling agent was able to get us our house, even as the 5th offer!

ZillowVERIFIED My FiancA(C) and I have been working with Micheal Hvizdo since February of this year, we have never met a more passionate, responsive and knowledgeable person, he made one of the hardest processes in our lives one of the most easiest. Whenever we have a question and we reached out, his response time is unbelievable, he never delay. He checked up on us almost everyday through the process just to make sure we are ok and encouraging us to send in our required documents as early as we can. When my FiancA(C) and I felt like giving up, Michael would say, No guys, we get this far, no quitting, well get through this, I never met someone with such strong faith and determination. We finally closed on our home July 13th. Without hesitation,I would work with Michael again and will recommend him to everyone I know. Michael is a great addition to the KW team. Hes awesome. A million thank you Micheal, youll continue to do great things.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Michael after unsuccessfully trying to sell our house with a previous. We knew he would be different as he asked detailed and precise questions about how we marketed the house before and what our goals from the transaction would be. Concise, empathetic, and genuine, Michael listened attentively to our responses and had a detailed plan to accomplish results. He moved quickly to implement his marketing plan and was consistently in touch with us following visits with prospective buyers and their feedback. Once an offer was lined up through his hard work, he really displayed his closing skill. He coordinated extensively to keep track of inspections and details while negotiating tenaciously on our behalf. Through it all, he provided explanations of the process and paperwork. Our transaction ended up being a complicated one due to inspections, but Michael kept his cool throughout the process by collaboratively working to execute what we wanted out of the deal and staying organized. We were indeed blessed to find Michael and to have him on our side.

He made the stressful process of buying a house streamlined and simple, always keeping us abreast of what was coming next. ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Michael, based on a personnel recommendation, before flying 3000 miles to buy a house. He worked diligently to get a good picture of the home I was looking for. We met up after I arrived, and he had an efficient list of houses to view. He worked within my limited time to ensure an offer was accepted and the inspections completed prior to my departure. Then the pandemic ensued delaying my move in day. He continued to keep in contact with me after the sale, and helped me keep tabs on the property until I could move into the CT area. I would highly recommend Michael for his knowledge of the area, sales, and for taking care of my home purchase, even during a pandemic.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike gets a lot of good reviews, and in my experience he deserves all of them - he is a walking fountain of genuine positivity. As others have said, he was proactive and responsive, with impressive negotiation skills. However, what the reviews dont mention is that sometimes things dont go to plan, and when the sale of our house got complicated, Mr. Hvizdo knew what to do, and he was there when I, my attorney and even the other real estate team needed him. Mike's timely and expert advice was critical in selling the house. Youre not going to find a better Real Estate Agent.
