I highly recommend Michael Hughes as your agent. I enquired about a property in Pt Roberts on July 27. Michael as per my request met me at the home the next morning at 9:00am. Being a Canadian purchasing a USA recreational home, I had no experience with USA property purchase. Michael was patient with my many questions and my need to completely understand the process. In addition he was able to accommodate my large family coming through the property a few times. As per my request I asked if we could close earlier if at all possible. I have possession and the keys to our new vacation property as of Aug 30th. Michael was there for me all the way through the process including the signing of papers at Whatcom Land Title. Michael while a young man, has the back up of deep family reality experience in Washington state. I dont believe I would have done this deal if it werent for his quick follow up and patience with me.
