ZillowVERIFIED Mike is a well known and respected realtor in the Santa Clarita Valley. The house he helped me sell was a single family rental home located in the Valencia Summit neighborhood in Santa Clarita. I have always been keenly aware of economic and market circumstances and I knew that NOW was the time to sell the property. The house was in the middle of a one year lease which created the need to negotiate with the tenant to vacate the property before the end of the lease term. Mike was instrumental in this process which culminated in the tenants finding a suitable home a few blocks away. The house needed a few upgrades before it could be listed (new carpets, paint, landscape touches and sprinkler maintenance to name a few). He helped me navigate these issues every step of the way. Shortly after the house was ready, Mike along with one of his colleagues delivered a well qualified buyer. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Mike Hrezo!!
