The property on 84 W Calle Patio Lindo is under contract the last comparable home sold for $195k I was able to list and getting ready to close this home at $243k, that is almost $50k more than the last identical home that sold in the subdivision. Seller is super excited! Not to mention 2 years ago he sold his previous property and also sold for top dollar setting new record sales for that subdivision.
