ZillowVERIFIED Michael did an incredible job in helping us sell our house. Even though the house fell out of contract a few times and we had a few obstacles thrown in our path, Michael stood with us throughout it all and became a good friend in the process. We couldnt be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael did an amazing job at every aspect of the job. Kept us up to date on everything. Helped walk me and my wife who are first home buyers through the process and it was very smooth. His whole team was really great at reapplying and giving advice throughout everything. He seemed like he was invested in the process as much as we are to find the perfect home for our family to grow. He worked with the limitations we gave him and there were a few things that had to be perfect and he got us taken care of. The whole process took only about 30 days and has been amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED Top notch service! For more than a year, Michael provided my wife and me with remote real estate assistance; making it possible for us to relocate to Gulfport, MS while working and living in Atlanta, GA. On multiple occasions, Michael provided virtual walk-throughs and detailed descriptions of properties, enabling us to tour and evaluate potential homes from afar. Thank you Michael! We really appreciated your service.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was very professional and the best realtor. He kept me apprised of available condos in a certain area. He was very knowledgeable and informative of all the areas. He was honest, upfront and extremely communicative. If I had a question, he was always reliable and would contact me no matter what day or time it was. He has helped me after the purchase with his contacts concerning purchases of different items and the hookup of utilities since I am not from the area. He made the process of buying very easy. He was wonderful to work with and I now consider him a friend!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were relocating from out of state. Michael kept in touch with us for several months and anytime we on called him, he made himself available, even on a few impromptu trips to look at homes. He was very patient and was a champ to deal with the wants/needs of 2 very demanding people. He was wonderful and helpful through the whole process, from financing to finding insurance and everything in between. I would certainly recommend Michael as a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I was transferred to the Gulfport area by my employer. My husband and I were not ready to purchase a home, but really did not want to rent. We had a unique situation and Michael Halat was the only realtor out of four or five that I contacted, that actually contacted me back, and offered to assist us. He has worked very hard in finding us our new home, and has been knowledgeable as well as understanding throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone that is looking for a Realtor. I will use Michael Halat again if I need a real estate representative. Shannon
