We were fortunate to meet Michael when we toured the condo we ended up purchasing. We had no plans at the time to purchase, but decided on the spur of the moment to purchase. Michael's enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise with condos was one of the reasons for this. We also signed with him to list the house we were selling. He was quick to respond to questions and gave a very detailed analysis when helping us determine an asking price for the home we were selling. He was flexible and supportive when we hit a few roadblocks along the way. He was helpful in recommending resources for painting, staging, etc. He held 2 open houses the first weekend it was listed, and we accepted an offer that first weekend. I enthusiastically recommend Michael to anyone buying or selling!

Michael sold our house twice and in only a couple of days. A long story, so bear with me. After a pre-listing and open house for agents Michael held an open house. Lo and behold someone came to take a second look. A sales contract was drawn up. The sold in only a couple of days and slightly below asking price. But, on closing day the buyer balked and walked out on the deal. After some angst Michael suggested that he reach out to other agents that have seen the house and again he came up with a buyer in only a couple of days. This time the closing went through. I would hire Michael in second, buying or selling. He is a good communicator, knows how things are done today, that is, knows how to use social media. He kept us informed of the process after the first buyer backed out. Is very good at communicating. If you want to buy or sell, hire Michael.
