We made one trip down to Spring Hill and spent the day with Michael. He was FANTASTIC!!!!!! We looked at multiple houses and Michael was very intuitive on our unspoken needs and wants. It took just few houses and it felt like we were immediate friends. He was very knowledgeable regarding the areas of town and what each had to offer. We placed an offer on a house the first day and the negotiating process could not have been more seamless due to Michael's expertise. Moving from out of state there are some things/processes that were different than from what we had experienced previously and Michael also made these processes very smooth for us. He went above and beyond and provided us with documents we needed to get the buying process started that we could have been stuck looking for on our own. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to educate us on local insurance agents and home inspectors (and these were vendors were also very awesome). He is a definite gem to the realty community in Spring Hill and anyone would be very lucky to obtain him as his or her agent.
