ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time homebuyer, I couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent than Michael. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right homeaEUR"not just a quick sale. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all my (many!) questions, and always made sure I felt confident in my decisions. Whether it was scheduling viewings, negotiating the offer, or explaining the paperwork, Michael was always responsive and on top of everything. What stood out the most was how much he cared. I never felt rushed or pressuredaEUR"just fully supported. Thanks to their guidance, I'm now the proud owner of my very first home, and it couldnt have gone smoother. If youre looking for someone whos professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend Michael.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was exceptional in helping us navigate our recent home purchase. He was more than willing to accommodate our limited schedule as out of town buyers. In each step of the process, his professional support was outstanding. I especially appreciated that all communication was returned in a timely manner, even with time zone adjustments. He went out of his way to schedule with local family members to support all of the inspection process. We appreciated his thorough follow through, even when our concerns or questions were not his personal responsibility. He got answers for us! Michael was a pleasure to work with, and should we decide to sell our home in the future, we will certainly be calling him for his services again.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't begin to say enough good things about Michael Gregg. From the first step to the final one Mike was never there to sell me a house. He was there to sell me a home. I'm 75 years old so this was a BIG deal for me. He looked out for me in every aspect of the search and ultimately the final step of the sale. He went above and beyond in every detail. He was quick to respond to my questions and handled so many things for me that go alone with buying a new home. You can never go wrong choosing Michael as your agent. I will happily recommend him to anyone that I can. OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!!-Linda R

ZillowVERIFIED This is the third transaction we have worked with Michael on, a purchase, a sale, and another purchase. He has been professional and readily available in every instance. Had he not been so responsive, we would have missed out on our latest home. He is amazing, I highly recommend working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor to buy or sell a house, consider Michael Gregg, Real Estate Professional. Michael has been helping me locate a home so I could move closer to my Children and grandchildren. We have been looking for over two years and when I'd find something I liked and was in my budget, someone else would offer a cash sale or offer a higher amount which I couldnt afford. Michael never gave up on me and had to console me and encourage me to move ahead when things didn't work out for me. After over two years we found me a house that is my dream home mainly because I will be close to my family. I couldnt have done it without him. He is a Godsend to me and you will be happy with him too.

ZillowVERIFIED We haven't closed yet on a home but are getting very close. Mike always looks professional, seems very knowledgeable about homes and the loan process (although this is not our first time buying a home either.)Very responsive and overall we are extremely happy. He always sends info on homes in our area we might be interested in, anywhere around our price range whether somewhat higher or lower.

ZillowVERIFIED I was making a move from DFW and had the good fortune of engaging Mr. Gregg. He is professional, competent, and he is patient. One of his core strengths: " ... the man can read a room ..." Mr. Gregg can read a room exceptionally well, better than most, and this facilitates interaction between buyer and seller that can sometimes be quite awkward and emotional. If I move again, I would engage him again, and without reservation I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael has been with us for about 10 years. When we first started we were looking for several acres. As we got older, our specs changed. He is a very knowledgeable person and so patient. We have recommended him to anyone moving to the OKC area. If we ever move, we would use him again. We worked with him 2010-2020.

ZillowVERIFIED We are very pleased with Michael, his work ethic and knowledge. When we introduced ourselves to Michael, we were on the ROAD from Atlanta approximately 5 hours from the house on a Sunday afternoon, and he met us there. Michael handled all communication between both parties expediently, accurately and personally. He has a wealth of knowledge about the areas we chose to view and answered our questions quickly and with great detail while watching out for our best interests. We will be asking for Michael's assistance in the near future on another property and I highly recommend that you do the same.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is a very personable and easy going guy. A bit unprofessional at times. We enjoyed working with him, what little time we did spend with him. Ultimately I chose the home we purchased from doing my own research. Michael was more apt to show us houses outside of our price range, which is typical of most real estate agents. He was useful in showing homes and negotiating with the sellers. I would have preferred he have more knowledge of the FHA/mortgage process. I was on my own for that whole fiasco. For the most part he answered my texts timely. He is a good real estate agent for more seasoned buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is a superstar. He spent most weekends for well over a year taking me around and showing me homes. When I finally found the home that was best for my wife and myself Michael negotiated price that I was good with. He did everything that I asked of him and then some. At one point it looked like the deal was going to fall apart and Michael worked his magic brought it all back together. Michael Craig is the greatest and I would recommend him to everyone I know who is in need of a realtor to find them a home. I owe Michael a debt that I can never repay he has the patients that I never had. At one point I became burned out at looking and he pulled a rabbit out of a hat and now my wife and I are enjoying our new home together. Thank you Michael I count you as my brother.

ZillowVERIFIED The property closed within 3 months of listing it! We were out of state sellers for the property, and couldn't be on-site to take care of things that needed attention. Michael priced the house correctly, and we had an offer $10k over the asking price ($69k) within one week of listing it! The house needed some serious work (foundation leveling, slab repair, kitchen/dining room flooring) and Michael selected and obtained quotes from the contractors, helped schedule them, and saw that the work was completed correctly. He sourced the contractors for the minor repairs and treatments that resulted from the inspections and appraisal. A lot of work over and above just finding a buyer! We are very happy with the extremely successful sale!
