I could not have asked for a better agent to work with than Mike, when it came to searching for a new apartment. He was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but made a stressful process as smooth as possible. Mike took the time to provide tours of potential locations and shared listings that fit my criteria, without ever trying to push something on me that I wasn't particularly interested in. From day one he was professional, responsive, and very concerned about my needs in every step of the process. Although there would be photos online of potential properties he went to each one to inspect them personally and send me detailed videos so I could assess each option. Once I arrived Michael was even more helpful. I had an issue with my dog and the current fencing situation and he took it upon himself to rectify the problem. In every aspect he has been there and you could not make a better choice for a realtor whether you are renting or buying. Great Agent! He was very friendly and accommodating. He got the criteria and the focal points from me in our first conversation. Using that information he started by suggesting neighborhoods that would work with my budget and be safe, which was helpful as I was moving from out of town. He complied a list of apartments that fit what I was looking for. After which, he took my feedback and further refined the list. After refining the list and determining what would be best for a visit, he found when was convenient for me to come to town and scheduled all the apartment tours. After the tours, I selected the apartment that would work for me and he reached out to the owner/agent on my behalf. All I had to do was sign the documents as he took care of the negotiations and making sure everything was properly set up. He also clarified the legal language if I had any questions about it. All in all, it was a positive and easy going experience which is exactly what I wanted.
