ZillowVERIFIED Jessica Reed and the Fox Family at Carolina One made my first time home buyers experience so easy. With her guidance and knowledge of the process I was able to make an offer and close on my new house in less than 30 days. With a new baby on the way, this was so appreciated. I highly recommend them all for all your realtor needs!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer Brad Rumble was an excellent choice. Brad was very knowledgeable about the market and gave sound real estate advice. During the housing search there was even a time where I was able to view a house that just went on the market within 45 minutes! When I decided to put an offer on a home Brad provided and excellent strategy that the seller accepted! Both Brad and Maria of the Family Fox team did an amazing job at coordinating the events of a 30 day close and I could not be more pleased with their services.

ZillowVERIFIED Micheal Fox and his team is one of the best real estate agents and his team you coukd ever ask for ..I sold my and bought a house with the Michael Fox and his team and I could not be more happy ...As a seller my house sold in less than 24 hours with multiple offers and several showings and the marketing team was exceptional...The photographer made the photos look exactly how it was and I was so impressed with how the Fox team Michael and Maria were so hands on throughout the process . There was never any question they were on top of all the details when your trying to move that was so great cause I knew I was in good hands ..Now being on the buyer end they were even more helpful Michael Fox and Belinda Fox made sure I got into every property I wanted to see the day I wanted to see it ..Micheal wants to do whatever it takes to see you find the home you want that you will be happy in and he showed me everything I wanted to see and he shared with me all the information about each place we looked at ..He is honest , caring , and has so much integrity and character that I trust him like I would my own family .. I want you to know I am writing this because my best girlfriend told me about them and I am so grateful to her and her husband Myra and Wally Walz because I needed a realestate agent I could trust and help me with buying and selling a home .. I will be forever grateful to Micheal , Belinda , and Maria and all the other team members that help to market and direct the process..Many thank you to all ... Sincerely Stacey D

ZillowVERIFIED Luis really made this whole experience pleasant! He took so much stress and pressure off of us during this process. I don?t believe that I could have found a better realtor out there. He went above and beyond to get us to where we wanted to be, and I can?t express how grateful I am to have had him taking care of us. There was such authentic joy and happiness in his face when we received the keys on closing day, and I just know HE IS THE REAL DEAL! We are very blessed !

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, this whole process can be pretty intimidating. But Stefani was absolutely perfect when it came to walking us through the entire home buying process. As well as finding us a home that suited our needs. She went above and beyond to get us every piece of information as well as making sure the showings that we went on showed everything that we needed to see. She is extremely knowledgeable and has great connections so if theres anything else you do need, she can find you someone who can with ease.

ZillowVERIFIED Everyone knows there are a plethora of real estate agents out there. I can name at least six of my friends who are realtors. Unless he moves out of state, my husband and I would never have anyone else represent us in our real estate dealings. We have bought three houses and sold two with Michaels assistance and expertise. We have made a good profit on the sales and all our offers, despite a competitive market, have been successful. Our transactions havent always been straightforward, but Michael has shown diplomacy, integrity, resourcefulness, competency, respect, attention and more. His response time to our questions and needs amazes us and he works in the evenings and even when hes out of state taking care of family matters. Dont let his picture fool you. He might look young, but he has the experience and competency of a veteran. Plus he has professionals in other trades at his fingertips who he can connect you with. We cannot sing his praises enough and count him as family (which he isnt!)

He keeps us up to date on all issues through out the complete process. He gives us honest feedback and has no problem with sharing anything that he feels is important for us to know. We would refer him to anyone and, we already have.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so thankful to have Mr. Michael Fox as an agent. He was very professional and a gentleman. Michael showed us several homes that suited us. But he saved the best for last. The short sale process was new to us and lengthy. However, we were always updated by Michael and Maria Gomez Camero, closing coordinator, all the way to the final day of closing. We are very happy to finally have the house. We appreciate the time they spent with us throughout the whole process. I would rate them 10 Stars ??.

ZillowVERIFIED The Fox Team is awesome! From our first meeting with Michael & Belinda, we knew we were in good hands to get our home sold. The marketing for our home was top notch, advised us well throughout the whole process, & even got an offer higher than list price. And their team is just as helpful! Thought you had to only work with the one realtor but that is not the case with their team, Beth, Maria, & Luis. The team knew our information just as well & so so quick to respond. That really made us feel supported through the whole process. You won?t be disappointed choosing this team to sell your home!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Fox and his team is top notch! He is a real pro and provided great advice through our process of selling our old home and buying a new one. We were moving into a large older home that had a lot of special considerations, and Michael provided great coaching and advice throughout the process - and we were very satisfied in the end with the negotiations on both deals. He is always attentive with any questions and issues that arise. He also brings a great network of recommendations for contractors, cleaners, movers, etc - and everyone that we worked with was a good experience - and also had similar positive feedback about working with the fox family team. They have a great reputation in the Charleston area, and it is well deserved. I would highly recommend working with Michael and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Fox and the Fox Family were more than excellent through the whole process! I had an A-typical situation where I was looking for a house that needed to meet a lot of qualifications. Michael was patient over the many months it took to find the right place. His knowledge and honesty help me to make the proper decisions through the looking and buying process. Amy Fox and Maria Camero were a huge help as well. He always kept me up to date and relaxed at every stage of the process. His communication and negotiations with the seller was definitely amazing. If Michael can deal with my situation; Im sure he can handle anything. I highly recommend using Michael Fox and the Fox Family for your Real Estate needs!
