When we felt like giving up, she sent us more leads for us to look through. When we finally found our new home she celebrated with us and made sure that everything was just right and helped us sell our new home within days of having it listed. She sent over a few homes and had us select the ones we wanted to tour and she legit put them in order so we weren?t driving back and forth. Although we didn?t buy the home of the initial tour , she was with us when we found our dream home. She kept us updated and we worked out not paying the closing cost and she was the plug for these delicious cookies in Charleston . I would suggest working with her because she?s genuine , we didn?t feel like another client that she could benefit from but she made us feel like we grew up together and she knew everything I wanted in a home.

In my experience, no. I rarely see certain price points at different commission percentage rates. Luxury homes vs. starter homes for example usually have similar commission rates.
