If you're looking for a real estate professional who truly puts his clients first, I highly recommend Michael Fox and the entire Fox Family Team at Carolina One Real Estate in Goose Creek, SC. My wife and I recently purchased a home, and our transaction presented several unexpected challenges along the way. From the very beginning, Michael handled every obstacle with professionalism, urgency, and confidence. He was always one step ahead, clearly explaining each stage of the process and making sure we understood exactly what needed to happen next. I tend to ask a lot of detailed questions, especially when making an important financial decision. Michael never rushed us or gave vague answers. He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail and provided sound advice whenever we needed guidance on strategy. His knowledge and experience gave us confidence throughout the entire process. One of the things that impressed us most was his ability to coordinate every aspect of the transaction. Whether it was arranging water testing, connecting us with engineers, or recommending other trusted professionals, Michael always had the right people in place and kept everything moving smoothly. What could have been an overwhelming experience became a manageable one because of Michael and the Fox Family Team. Their communication, expertise, and commitment to their clients are second to none. I give Michael Fox and the entire Fox Family Team a 10/10 and an A+ in every category. We will absolutely use them again for any future real estate needs and would confidently recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. They genuinely put their clients first, and in the words of Robert Frost, "that has made all the difference."

Dana is absolutely AWESOME! She went above and beyond, helping me at every step, from preparing my house to answering each and every question I had along the way. She was always quick with answers, and I never had to send a second email or text regarding any question. She helped me work with the buyer and their realtor to get the best and fairest price for my home. She and the Fox Family Team at Carolina One made the scary task of selling my home flow smoothly. I would not seriously consider going with another team. I had a few complications and Dana and the team were there always there to help with answers and solutions to problems. Dana and the team were right beside me through thick and thin! If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I most definitely would!

I had an amazing experience working with Jennifer! She helped me sell my house in a very difficult market and for a great price. Her ability to think outside the box was essential in this transaction. She then guided me every step of the way in finding and building my new home. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free. I couldnt be happier with my new place and highly recommend Jennifer and the Fox Family Team to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We couldn't be more grateful to Chris Newton for matching his clients with the market more perfectly. Chris sent us a property link because he knew it was what we'd been searching for - even though we'd postponed our search. It was THE ONE! He knew it and now we're living in our dream "1900's" fixer upper! Thank you, Chris, and the whole Fox Family Team.

Jessica supported us every step of the way and was outstanding during negotiations with the buyer. We had attempted to sell the property on our own and found out quickly we needed some help. She is very knowledgable in the entire process and most importantly maintained a great attitude during the process. Jessica went out of her to be available anytime we needed her. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Charleston or surrounding areas looking to buy or sell. The company supporting Jessica is made up of very knowledgable staff that also assisted during the process. There are a lot of new agent teams in the area so you need to be sure you have the right team on your side. Jessica and the Fox Team is it!

Jennifer was essential to buying AND selling my first home. When we first met, I knew nothing about real estate or what to do. She thoroughly explained every step of the way with knowledge and compassion. Her and her family were always there to jump in and help with whatever I needed, at whatever time. We took late night family outings to look at houses when I didnt get off work until late, she was patient when I didnt know what I wanted, and was there for me the entire process of buying my first home. Around 2 years later, I needed to sell that home and she was amazing during that process as well. The entire Carolina One Fox Family Team was so helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Jennifer answered every question, negotiated on my behalf, and generally went above and beyond for me. I will forever be grateful to have her as a friend and agent. Her and her team are the BEST.

Jessica Reed and the Fox Family at Carolina One made my first time home buyers experience so easy. With her guidance and knowledge of the process I was able to make an offer and close on my new house in less than 30 days. With a new baby on the way, this was so appreciated. I highly recommend them all for all your realtor needs!

Chris and the entire Fox Family team were amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and never pushy, providing timely and accurate information. She is the most amazing Realtor. She goes above and beyond for anyone. Made us feel that we were her only clients (was available for us anytime we needed her). Her office offers amazing services also (if you need to make repairs/upgrades to your home, they have a list for any need). Would HIGHLY recommend her office!!

As a first time home buyer Brad Rumble was an excellent choice. Brad was very knowledgeable about the market and gave sound real estate advice. During the housing search there was even a time where I was able to view a house that just went on the market within 45 minutes! When I decided to put an offer on a home Brad provided and excellent strategy that the seller accepted! Both Brad and Maria of the Family Fox team did an amazing job at coordinating the events of a 30 day close and I could not be more pleased with their services.
