ZillowVERIFIEDMike Foster and his entire team are the BEST!!! I contacted him during the quarantine and not really sure if we were really ready to purchase. In less than 30 days we were in our dream home. He made the transaction so quick and smooth that we had no time to tell family and friends that we were even buying home until we were actually in our home spending our first night. He was very professional, patient, understanding and listened to everything that we desired. If you are looking to sell, buy without any stress or headaches, HE is the man to do it ALL!!! He really works for you and negotiates for you. The Shivers have the Best realtor ever!!! Mike, we appreciate you and your team for making our dream a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike made selling the house pleasant from start to finish. He is knowledgeable and professional. He had creative marketing ideas and was willing to do as much or as little as we needed. He took care of details which otherwise might have become difficult. His hard work and good communication skills made the experience a positive one!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Mike Foster in 2010-2011 when I had interest in purchasing my first home. Mike was eager to answer all of my questions and he also provided a lot of valuable information about buying a property that I wasn't aware. Thanks to him I was able to purchase my first new home in 2011. I have recommended friends to Mike and past and they have also expressed how he has helped them purchase their homes. To this day I still call Mike for questions about real-estate and he still answers my call. For his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to be there for his customers I would highly recommend Mike to be your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Foster sold my elderly fathers house which was an older home and need of some work in less than one week at a very marketable price. I plan on hiring him to sell my current home when the time is right. He was very professional and explained things in detail so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED About 4 years ago I was finally going to buy my first house. I contacted a realtor about a house, she for some reason could not show me the house and got me in touch with Mike Foster. I found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mike showed me houses that were in my price range and the in's and out's of buying a house. When it came time for the closing, Mike showed up to make sure I knew what I was signing. I would give his name to anyone I knew was in the market for a house and I will go back to him if I ever needed him again. Outstanding job!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Everyone knows when selling a home can be very stressful but Mike and his team made the process easy. The staging and brochures were stunning. We told him when we needed to move, and he sold our house right in time. He guided us from beginning to end and provided us with wonderful resources. Mike and his team were very patient when we went looking for another home. Our closing was a breeze and timed perfectly. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mike Foster to anyone because of his knowledge of the market, and fast negotiation skills. We are very happy in our new home.
