I was referred to Mike by a friend and was told he is professional, competent and efficient. I never had the opportunity to meet Mike in person, however from our first contact to the actual sale of the house, he was the best agent I have ever worked with. He managed every detail and problem that arose. While I was away in Mexico, the house spring a devastating water leak. Mike was the one to find it, and then able to help me coordinate mitigation and repair. All while I was out of the country. I could not give him higher praise. This is your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED ????FAWNING POST ALERT??????????????????????One million thumbs up for Mike Flynn, who handled the sale of our home in North Bellmore recently. We started with another agent, who meant well but was totally ineffective and the house sat on the market for the prime selling season. When we cut ties with him and signed up with Mike in midsummer, the difference was like night and day. He was extremely professional. He was honest and forthright. He knew the market very well, having a couple of properties already under contract in the neighborhood at the time. He had professional pictures taken that made my imperfect house look warm and inviting, and remained a calm presence with a much needed sense of humor when the inevitable bumps occurred and helped us get through them. Got us in contract within about a month for a very good price for the house and really went the extra mile for us whenever we needed help. I was starting to panic when I made the call to him, and now that our sale finally has closed, I can say that if you are selling or buying a house in the Bellmore/ Merrick/ Wantagh area and beyond, you will be rewarded for placing your trust in Mike Flynn. Also, he likes cats, which makes him extra awesome in my book.??

We were pretty specific that we wanted to be in a particular area, and he found us exactly what we wanted without making us traipse around to a bunch of houses that didn't meet our needs located in areas we didn't want to be. Once he located the right house for us, he helped us put together an initial offer that was above six other offers but still under the asking price. Our initial offer was accepted.
