Michael has a great feel for the market and listened carefully to our wants and needs in order to help us find the right home to purchase. He was there every step of the way walking us through each and every issue that arose. Most notably, he dealt with and protected us from a seller that we were not sure would follow through with what she promised. We were out of the country during most of the paper signing and he was able to assist us long distance. He is obviously respected by his colleagues for his integrity because whenever we said his name to any house inspector and/or other real-estate related associate, they immediately had high praise for his bank of knowledge and the trust he has earned in the business. Michael deserves all of the high marks that we have given him in this review. The first time we talked to him on the phone, we could tell that he has a very kind and easy manner, the kind of person we prefer doing business with. Michael's estimate of the value of our home was right on and that drew a lot of interested buyers. We had 3 solid offers within one week of our official listing. Because we live on the Olympic Peninsula (a long drive to Bellingham), we did most of our business over the phone or via email. Michael quickly responded to our questions/concerns and kept us updated on a regular basis. Our situation was complicated by renters who were not always as cooperative as we would have hoped. He managed the situation with respect toward them at all times. We deeply appreciate his patience and support throughout our time working together.
