ZillowVERIFIEDMichael Eikenberry is an Exceptional Realtor and an Amazing person! He went above and beyond the call of duty. He hit the road running the second he knew what we were looking for in a dream home, and our goal to be in close proximity to our daughter & son in-laws home. Mike made himself available 24/7 to answer any questions that would arise. Mikes honesty and direction helped us to make educated decisions. We were basically working long distance. Mike thought nothing of looking at the home on our behalf, FaceTiming us as he walked through to see if it was indeed something that would interest us. He worked tirelessly on our behalf. He even met us at a home on Easter Sunday weekend, because he knew how difficult our schedules are. I am so great full to his family as I know their plans and dinner reservations were delayed. Finding a home for many these days is not an easy task in this current state of the market. Most homes go up on-line and with in a matter of hours have numerous offers already on them. Mike was relentless no mater what the market was doing he never gave up! Constantly encouraged us with his positive attitude and faith that we would victorious achieving our vision for the perfect home. Mikes knowledge, trustworthiness, wisdom, patience and negotiating skills are incredible. We are extremely happy with our new home and the neighborhood all that is due to Mikes recommendations. My son will soon be looking for his first home. Family is everything to me I do not put faith in just anyone. With that said it is with highest regard my son will be working with Mike in finding his first home.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Michael more highly. He made my first home purchase stress free and found me my dream home within my first week of looking, which was just amazing! He listens and only sends homes that he really believes you will want to see rather than just mass mailing based on a zip code and price range. He provided everything as quickly as he received it and honestly just made this huge life change a completely positive and enjoyable event. Call him if you want a realtor who acrually listens to you rather thanjust trying to sell to you!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was very diligent about listening to our needs and desires for a home. He was knowledgeable and provided very important background info on the homes and neighborhoods we were interested in. Most of all, he was very patient with us and resourceful as we navigated through the homebuying experience as first-time buyers. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Michael at an open house. While that house wasn't for us, Mike asked us some questions to get to know what our goals were. Before we arrived home, we had some options that made more sense for us. Once we closed on our house is when we really saw the value in Mike. He made sure that everyone from the appraiser, the lender, to the insurance agent stayed on task to make sure things happened in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend using Mike and we will be using him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I had three closings at the same time and Mike was on top of all details. These closings were very complex because they involved mortgages. He was great at following up with all involved parties. Thanks!
