Michael Egan

Originally from Maryland, Mike learned the value of hard work at an early age while working alongside his family in their businesses. Those experiences gave him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to run a business-learning the importance of serving people well, managing resources wisely, and staying committed when challenges arise. More importantly, he learned that success comes from hard work, persistence, and a commitment to doing things the right way-there are no shortcuts. In 1994 Mike attended the University of Utah, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Finance with a certificate in Real Estate Finance. While in college, he was recruited into commercial appraisal, an experience that gave him a deeper understanding into
property values, market trends, and what truly drives real estate decisions. Once graduated, Mike transitioned into real estate sales with a focus on commercial and investment properties. He quickly realized that the true financial freedom was created from owning real estate. Mike began personal investing in in the early 2000's. Over almost three decades Mike's investment portfolio has grown from the University of Utah area expanding into 9th &9 9Th, 15th & 15, Millcreek, Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, and eventually into the Wasatch back including Heber and Midway. He's worked and raised his family throughout some of Utah's most coveted areas, from Salt Lake City's Harvard-Yale neighborhood to Red Ledges in Heber. His experience across the Wasatch Front, Wasatch County, and Summit County markets provides him with a unique understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and opportunities that define each area. As a homeowner and investor, Mike understands the value of making sound financial decisions and identifying long-term opportunities. As a real estate professional, he brings current market knowledge and negotiation skills needed to help clients navigate decisions with confidence.
