Our family has known Michael Edlen since 2015 and on several occasions we asked him to assist us in understanding the market conditions of the coastal luxury home market. We have worked with them several times to lease and finally sell our property. The services they provided were extensive, assigning a listing project manager to coordinate updates and staging, the MLS listing, disclosures and marketing materials. Michael and our assigned broker agent developed a pricing strategy which gave us a good range of pricing possibilities. The strategy we selected led to multiple above-listing offers within 5 days. Our broker agent managed the whole process from inspections to financing, insurance, title and escrow. She kept everything moving forward. Michael and his team take the long view of a client relationship. They don't just focus on the current transaction, but on the needs of the client now or in the future.
