ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing my first home was stressful and Michael couldn't have been more professional helpful and knowledgeable. He broke everything down for me and walked me through every step. He was so great that I recommended him to my parents who will be using him for the sale and purchase of their new home.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Michael was nothing short of excelant. We were searching for a home with a limited budget and tight criteria for our three children. Good schools and light traffic areas were a must plus a decent yard. We are both busy professionals so a fixer upper was not the best option but not out of the question. Michael can only give you what's out there but his diligent work ethic and desire to please people gives him an edge on others. He found us the perfect fit for what wanted and in budget. He also put me in contact with all the right people to get everything done when it needed to get done. From home inspectors to real estate attorneys to mortgage brokers. He had an option for all. I trusted Michael with my family and he did not disappoint. In the end you are trusting someone with your livelihood and family. Michael Eaton is someone who does not take that lightly.
